We can provide IT support to cover your general IT needs. Most problems we will be able to diagnose/ resolve remotely. We can be contacted 24/7 and aim to diagnose/ resolve your problem well within 24 hours. We can take the strain off of your IT dept or even reduce the need for one.

Support contract

• Email software support e.g. issues/ configuration/ optimisation
• General software issues.
• Diagnosing network/ software / hardware issues remotely and either fixing when possible - or recommending next course of action.
• £50/month
• 2 hours of support included.
• Each additional hour of support charged at a reduced rate of £30/ hour

This solution can be aided by remote access to your PCs.

There may be instances where onsite assistance is required - this will be quoted for on a per job basis.
